She is an award-winning seasoned writer with more than a decade of experience covering stories in arts and culture, business, social justice, science and beyond. She enjoys shining the light on moments of triumph and strives to uplift diverse stories and histories through her storytelling.
Her work has been nominated for an Emmy. She has also won awards from the L.A. Press Club, the Asian American Journalists Association, and the American Society of Journalists and Authors for her deeply reported arts and culture writing.
